    Tiny Footprint, Big Burn

This is such a solid, high-quality stepper. It’s marketed as a “mini” stepper, but don’t let that word fool you, this thing is sturdy. It’s definitely got some weight to it, which actually made me feel more confident using it. I never worry about it tipping over or sliding around when I’m stepping, which is huge for safety and peace of mind.Even better, it doesn’t take up much space at all. Compared to something massive like a stairmaster, this little stepper is compact enough to keep right in my bedroom. It’s perfect for sneaking in a few minutes of movement during the day. No need to haul out workout gear or dedicate a whole corner of the house to exercise equipment. It’s also been great for helping me manage my blood sugar. Just a few quick minutes here and there gets my heart rate up and helps keep things balanced. I started out only being able to do about 5 minutes at a time, and even that left my legs feeling it the rest of the day. It’s way more effective than I expected for such a compact machine!I also really appreciate that you can adjust the range of motion, so whether you want smaller, low-impact steps or a bigger, more intense burn, you’ve got options. It’s a great little machine for quick, efficient workouts.Pros:✅ Sturdy and durable, doesn’t tip or wobble while in use✅ Compact and space-saving, fits easily in a bedroom or corner✅ Heavy-duty feel, despite being a “mini” stepper✅ Adjustable step range for personalized workouts✅ Excellent leg workout✅ Great for blood sugar balance and getting quick cardio inCons:❌ Heavier than expected – not ideal if you’re planning to move it around a lot

Perfect for WFH Employees & New Workouts

I love this little thing! I’ve already used it a few times and you can definitely feel the workout. It’s great for anyone trying to ease back in to working out, or doesn’t want to pay a monthly fee to go to the gym. It’s small enough that it doesn’t take up a lot of room, and is easy to store when you’re not using it. It’s solid enough to not flop around while using it, but it’s still light enough to move around easily. It can be a bit difficult to screw in the tightening bolt since there’s not a lot of room to grip the cog, but holds up once tightened – so no random decreases in step height once set.Highly recommend for anyone looking for an easy way to get back into working out, be able to workout effectively at home, or any desk-based employees that need a way to stay active during the day.

    Great little stepper

This little stair stepper shocked me. I made this purchase off the reviews, and was pleasantly surprised that the quality was better than I anticipated. It gives me a good little workout while I’m watching tv or on a Zoom meeting and can have my camera and audio off. It has a little digital tracker, which is great. I just wish the display was a bit bigger. My only two points of possible drawback for some might be that the resistance cords for your arms are a bit short for me (I’m 5’7”), and there is a limited amount you can adjust the resistance for the stepper. Overall, this little machine was worth the purchase price and one I would recommend purchasing if you want an easy way to burn some calories at home without a bulky and heavy machine taking up a lot of space.

    Easy, affordable full body workout

I love this stepper. I walk everyday and consider my legs to be in pretty great shape. This thing still like is my butt and easily works out parts of my body that walking just doesn’t with little impact on my joints. The resistance bands for arms actually have been making a huge difference on my arms as well. I’m 36 and I’m able to use this without too much wear and tear on my body. It doesn’t take up much space and doesn’t make any noise that I can hear. My dog hates it though. This is a steal for the price and how much of a full body workout you can get from it.For the price and the benefits I’ve gotten from this, one small price of equipment.

    Perfect.

As someone who has a office job and sorely misses the life of constant walking that I had in retail.. this is just.. perfection.I use it daily. Constantly, it’s easy to use, has a very sturdy weight to it. It’s hard to use if you’re someone who is planning on using this type of device with non-grip socks.Easy to adjust, and you can put it just about anywhere. I do recommend putting felt pads underneath the point where the steppers hit the bar by the heel of your foot, as it makes a clicking sound if you don’t.It is fairly quiet to use, but not whisper silent. It has a few counting moves you can choose from. To erase the data just hold the button. Good resistance if you adjust it tight enough. The pattern on the steppers doesn’t interfere with my comfort. I hardly notice the pattern.

    I love this little machine

Because of my current living and employment situations, I don’t get moving as much as I used to. The gym that’s most affordable to me is about 20min away and I wouldn’t be able to go workout before work. I really can’t workout late in the day because I’m not able to sleep if I do, so I would usually go to the gym in the morning. I’ve gained a lot of weight because of where I’m at in life right now and I find it difficult to even eat well because the people I’m staying with are junk food fiends. I bought this mini stepper after I received an email from Amazon showing deals on popular items. I didn’t even know that mini steppers are a thing until I got that email.Anyway, I started using it for 15min a day (sometimes 2-3 times a day) in the morning before work. The instructions say not to use it for longer than 15min and not to use it outside, so I just put it on the kitchen floor and watch watch video while I’m at it. Over time, it did start squeaking, but I used some WD-40 and it stopped. I believe the instructions mention something about keeping it lubricated as well. One of the people I’m staying with sleeps in her recliner in the living room, which is right next to the kitchen, so when the stepper started making a bit of a clicking noise it made me very anxious that she would wake up and catch me (I’m not allowed to have many of my own belongings here and I’m not allowed to have shoes inside – so I don’t want her to see me using it). It’s pretty quiet (in my opinion), especially if you aren’t paranoid about anyone hearing you use it. It’s very compact and I store it in the other person’s closet. It’s a little heavier than I expected, but not too heavy to move back and forth each time I want to use it. It also came with resistance bands, but I still haven’t used them. One small dislike that I have is that the pedals are a little too close together. It was a little bit of a balancing act for me in the beginning, but I would just use it next to the fridge to have something to hold onto. The pedal width may not be an issue for everyone, though. I just happen to have larger thighs at the moment, lol. There’s a small display that counts your steps, calories burned (at least I THINK that’s what that smaller number is) and when you press the button it tells you how long you were working out. As far as calories burned, I would take that with a grain of salt because you aren’t able to put your stats in or anything. I had a really great 60-day streak of using this little thing and I did lose 12lbs during that time. I was eating my fair share of junk food, otherwise I may have seen better results. Unfortunately, I got sick and wasn’t able to use my stepper for about 8-9 days. Once I was feeling better, I never got back into the daily habit of using it.I would definitely recommend this stepper to anyone who just wants one or more quick workouts throughout the day. I’ve recommended it to two friends, but I don’t know if they’ve looked into it or not.I hope this long review was helpful for anyone hoping to find a way to get more exercise during the week 🙂

LOVE – burns my legs and hopefully my butt

I’ve only been using it for a week so I don;’t know about results yet – BUT you DEFINITELY feel it. My goal is 350-500 steps at a time and it gets to your legs. I was a huge walker before pregnancy – 15,000-20,000 steps per day – and I bought this along with a walking pad so I can get quick work outs in while my newborn sleeps. I hope its doing some damage to my butt but its too soon to tell. That said, I feel it tightening my legs and I love it. I do keep watching videos of trainers using it though to adjust where I place my weight in my feet to get the most results.

Heavy and did not feel safe

Heavy and did not feel safeI had high hopes for this portable stair stepper, but it ended up being a major disappointment. Right out of the box, it felt very heavy. The stepping motion isn’t smooth—it feels jerky and uneven, which made it hard to get into a good rhythm. The resistance bands feel like an afterthought; they’re too short and difficult to use without stopping the stepping motion. In addition, the stepper is heavy which makes transporting it to and from your workout area a problem.Without something to hold on to, it made the workout feel unsafe. I always felt like I was going to fall off the back of the stepper.Overall, it’s not worth the money. I’d recommend spending a little more for something sturdier and more reliable if you’re serious about using this for regular workouts.

    Easy To Use

The stepper itself is great. Very light weight and easy to use. The fact it has no assembly required was nice. Because of its size it’s easy to store or keep of to the side when not using and it’s not in the way. I use it while watching a tv show in the afternoon or in the morning so you get in a 30-60 minute workout without even noticing how much time has gone by. I like that it counts your steps properly as a set equaling one rather than each individual step. The only reason this get a 4 instead of a 5 is because the bands are not clips like in the picture displayed, they are not clips, they are twists and I cannot get them to turn so that I can attach them and use them. It’s a little frustrating that I’m going to have to get pliers or something to twist them and hopefully they don’t get damaged.

    A Full-Body Fat-Burning Machine

This stair stepper has exceeded my expectations in terms of functionality, durability, convenience, and ease of use. It delivers a high-resistance cardio workout that targets the lower body especially the legs and glutes. It does help burn fat and build strength quickly. I appreciate how quiet it is. I also love that it’s compact and lightweight, making it easy to store and move from room to room. The LCD monitor helps me track my time, reps, and calories, and the sturdy steel frame feels durable enough to last long-term, even with daily use. It’s also surprisingly comfortable to use, with smooth stepping action and well-designed resistance bands that don’t strain your hands, making it easy to incorporate into your routine whether you’re standing at a desk or relaxing with a show. Using it is incredibly simple and intuitive, allowing you to start your workout immediately without any complicated setup or adjustments. I can use it early in the morning without disturbing anyone.
